How long will it take for my yarn to arrive?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the country. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our hive.
Do you offer dye lot matching?
We always strive to pull your yarn from the same dye lot. If we cannot fulfill your order with a single lot, we will contact you immediately before shipping to ensure you are satisfied.
What is your return policy for needles and patterns?
Due to copyright protections, all patterns are final sale. Unopened needles and accessories in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days for a full refund.
Can I return yarn if I didn't use it?
Yes, we accept returns on unused yarn in its original condition (must be in the original skein/ball and not wound) within 60 days of purchase.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship our premium wool and supplies worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by location and are calculated at checkout.
